Using this website
These terms apply to your use of the Omega Business Solutions website and its general inquiry features. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you use the site on behalf of an organization, you must be authorized to do so. Our services, client deliverables, and independently operated products are governed by their own agreements.
Information and service inquiries
Website content describes our business and provides general information. It is not a substitute for advice tailored to your situation. Sending an inquiry, booking a conversation, or viewing service descriptions does not create a client relationship or authorize work. Scope, fees, deliverables, responsibilities, and any service commitments are established in a separate written agreement.
Acceptable use
Use the website lawfully. Do not submit spam, impersonate another person, provide information you are not authorized to share, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the website or another user’s access. Do not bypass access controls or use inquiry forms to transmit unlawful or abusive content.
Accounts and submissions
If you have a customer portal account, keep your sign-in credentials private and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the information you submit and for having permission to share it. You retain your rights in that information and authorize us to handle it as needed to respond to your request or provide the agreed support. Our privacy policy describes how we handle personal information.
Website materials
Omega and its licensors retain rights in the website’s original text, design, branding, and other materials. You may view the site and share links for informational purposes. Reproducing or distributing substantial portions, using our branding to imply endorsement, or reselling site materials requires permission unless applicable law allows otherwise. Rights in client deliverables are determined by the relevant client agreement.
Third-party links
The site links to scheduling services, partners, social networks, and product websites. We do not control those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. A link does not create a guarantee about a third party’s services or content.
Availability and responsibility
We may update, interrupt, or remove website features. We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but do not guarantee that the website will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided as available without warranties. These terms do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, and do not override obligations in a signed client agreement.

We may revise these terms as the website changes. The current version and its date will appear on this page. Changes to the terms of a client engagement remain subject to that agreement’s amendment provisions.
