Move valuable AI work into production
Your technical team has systems to maintain and new capabilities to deliver. We work alongside them with specialized AI expertise and engineering capacity, from architecture through implementation.
Is this the right fit?
Who this is for
Your team needs capacity or expertise to keep moving forward.
Who this is not for
If you need help deciding what is worth pursuing, start with Advisory.
If you want us to build and operate the system, look at Managed Intelligence.
If you have deployed AI and need to know where it breaks, that's Security.
If you need to hire people for your team, head over to Staffing.
Your team has more work than capacity
Maintaining business systems leaves limited room for new initiatives. Meanwhile, manual handoffs continue, integration work waits, and promising pilots struggle to reach production.
We add the expertise and capacity needed for the agreed work.
Where the judgment gets applied
Deliverables are set in the first SOW and revised as the work develops. The shape follows the problem, not a fixed menu.
Architecture that fits your operation
Evaluate integration, security, operating cost, and maintenance requirements before committing to a design.
Failure point analysis
On systems in or near production, before they find the failure for you.
Security assessments
Including where an AI system widens the attack surface.
Vendor and platform evaluation
Including sitting with you in the vendor meeting. We hold no relationships that pay us.
Build versus buy
And the honest version when the answer is buy.
Use the information and systems you already have
Establish what can be accessed, connected, and trusted for the intended process.
Test the uncertain parts before expanding
Use a proof of concept or implementation work to answer the questions that determine whether the approach is viable.
Direction and technical review
For your team as they build, including engineers embedded long term where the work requires it.
Give your team the reasoning they need to maintain it
Record decisions, limitations, and operating responsibilities.
Your stack stays your decision
On premises.
Your environment shapes the hosting decision.
Integrations.
Chosen for your requirements and your team.
We use the simplest approach that does the job.
What your team owns when we’re done
Your engineers built it, so your engineers can run it
The system was built by the people who will maintain it, with the reasoning written down, so it does not quietly depend on us still being reachable.
The expensive decisions are already behind you
Architecture, build versus buy, vendor selection, and the failure points are settled, with the alternatives we rejected on the record rather than lost.
You stopped paying for the learning curve
Six months spent building the right thing instead of six months spent discovering what the wrong thing looks like in production.
The engagement ends
No automatic renewal to justify, no system of ours sitting in your estate, and nothing you have to keep buying to keep going.
You are not left with a dependency. You are left with a team that has now done this, and a system they can defend to whoever asks.
Six months, four moves
- 01
Scope the first SOW together
Deliverables, schedule, and what success looks like for each one. Before the engagement begins, not during it.
- 02
Work the SOW
Any given month follows from what the deliverables require, which is why the shape of the work changes as it develops.
- 03
Revise as it clarifies
Six months in you know things you did not know at the start, and the deliverables should reflect that.
- 04
You decide
At six months: renew, conclude, or move to a different engagement.
What this costs
Initial term. It concludes unless you renew. No automatic extension, no minimum second term, no penalty for stopping.
Set once, in the proposal, based on the SOW. Not billed against hours and not varied by how much you asked for that month.
You are not paying separately for a conversation. Anything beyond the SOW is scoped and quoted before the work starts.
Bring us the problem and where your team needs help.
We hold no vendor relationships that pay us. Our credentials include products we’ve built ourselves: CoreIQ for enterprise search and SightLine for visibility into agentic development.
Questions we get
Should we be investing in AI at all?
Do we need internal technical people?
What if we need more than the SOW covers?
Who will we be working with?
Why six months?
Do you resell software?
